Caper Chicken


  • 4 x Chicken Breasts or 6 thighs (skinless and boneless)
  • Half jar of Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • Half jar of Capers
  • Olive Oil


Coat Chicken pieces with mustard and season with salt and pepper. Lightly crumb chicken with bread crumbs and cook in pan until lightly brown and chicken is cooked.

Add juice and capers to a pan and heat through, turning the chicken once.

Serve and enjoy!
