Lift your slaw game

Noodle Slaw Recipe by Brooke Hunter
Salad:
Shredded wombok, purple cabbage, carrot, spring onion, thinly sliced snow peas and corn kernels.

Dressing:
4tbs olive oil, 2 tbs sugar, 2 tbs white vinegar and a tbs soy sauce. Gently boiled and cooled.

Add the dressing to the salad, along with toasted salted peanuts, crispy noodles and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
